International Charter Expo 2025: The Global Heart of the Yacht Charter Industry Returns to Amsterdam
The International Charter Expo (ICE) returns to Amsterdam from 12 to 14 November 2025, reaffirming its status as the world’s largest B2B yacht charter event. Organised by the Yachtmaster Group, ICE has been connecting the leading names in the global yachting industry for over a decade, bringing together charter operators, brokers, vendors and central agents under one roof.
Since its inception, the event has played a pivotal role in strengthening the international yacht charter market, hosting more than 600 companies from over 50 countries each year. The concept was born out of the need to create a professional space exclusively dedicated to business and networking, supporting the growth of a global sector now worth over €15 billion annually.
Reflecting the diversity of the yachting world, ICE is divided into three main areas: the Superyacht Village, Gulet Village and Bareboat Area, each offering a dedicated space for different segments of the charter industry. The highlight of this edition will be the Superyacht Village, sponsored by Ankor Software, which has contributed €100,000 to support exhibitors and reduce participation fees for first-time attendees by 50%.
Beyond its impressive scale, ICE has become synonymous with efficiency and innovation in networking. Through the Handshake app, participants can schedule meetings up to a month in advance, resulting in over 20,000 professional appointments during the three-day event.
ICE 2025 will take place at EXPO Groot-Amsterdam in Vijfhuizen, a strategic venue that reinforces the Netherlands’ position as a key hub in the European yachting industry. The choice of Amsterdam is no coincidence — the city combines a rich maritime heritage, world-class infrastructure and a global business mindset, making it the perfect stage for this international gathering of industry leaders.
With more than 12,000 bareboat yachts and nearly 2,000 crewed superyachts represented, the event stands as the ultimate meeting point for those shaping the future of luxury yachting worldwide.
