The experience that took us to Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence, on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, started in London, aboard Corendon Airlines, the leisure carrier based in Antalya that, in recent years, has strengthened its position in the European market by connecting travellers directly to some of the Mediterranean’s most desirable destinations.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the attention to detail that defines the Nirvana experience. I stayed in the Excellence area, in a beautifully appointed suite. With a balcony overlooking the pool, the space conveyed an immediate sense of retreat, framed by lush greenery and mature trees. At sunrise, the golden light shimmering across the water created an atmosphere of complete serenity, while at sunset the setting became a quiet invitation to slow down and simply appreciate the moment.
The apartment, complete with a comfortable living area, is fully equipped to offer guests both independence and convenience, ensuring that everything they could possibly need is always close at hand.

The spa itself also deserves special mention. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a truly exceptional massage from Eva, an Indonesian therapist whose talent, warmth and professionalism made the treatment one of the highlights of my stay.
The culinary offering deserves a chapter of its own. From the exceptionally generous breakfast served in a wonderfully relaxed setting to the impressive collection of restaurants and bars, Nirvana invites guests on a genuine journey of flavours. Throughout my stay, I had the opportunity to experience several distinct dining concepts, all united by impeccable quality, beautifully presented dishes and faultless service. From Mediterranean cuisine to international specialities, every meal reflects the resort’s commitment to excellence and diversity.
The private beach cabanas are a little paradise in themselves. Rustic yet elegant, wonderfully comfortable and complemented by impeccable service, they feel like the sort of place where time naturally slows down. They quickly became one of my favourite spots, especially in the late afternoon, when the setting sun kisses the sea and paints even the Taurus Mountains in warm, earthy shades.
Yet perhaps the greatest luxury offered by Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence is something that cannot be measured in stars or statistics: the feeling of being completely removed from the pace and pressures of everyday life. Between walks through fragrant pine forests, quiet moments by the sea, memorable gastronomic experiences and the comfort of genuinely heartfelt hospitality, the resort offers a rare combination of exclusivity and authenticity.
