Carrera Andalucía: A Classic, Sun-Soaked Journey through Southern Spain

Rally the Globe has signed off another highly successful edition of its Carrera-style adventures with an unforgettable, sun-drenched tour across southern Spain.

Spanning eleven days of carefully curated driving, the event combined breathtaking scenery with immaculately organised routes. Crews set off from Málaga and explored historic gems such as Ronda, Cádiz, Córdoba and Granada, all while tackling over 2,500 kilometres of winding mountain roads, private circuits and spectacular regularity tests designed to delight drivers and navigators alike.

The rally brought together a wonderful selection of classic machinery, from Jaguars and Porsches to an exquisite Frazer Nash-BMW that ultimately claimed category honours. Beyond the competition, there were memorable stories of teams overcoming searing heat and mechanical setbacks, embodying the true spirit of long-distance classic motoring.

Praised for its attention to detail and camaraderie among competitors, Rally the Globe is already preparing for its next adventures. The Suffolk Cloverleaf will showcase the English countryside in August, followed by an epic journey across Japan’s islands this autumn. Looking ahead to 2026, the calendar promises favourites such as the Generations Rally, the Vintage Shamrock in Ireland, and newly planned routes in Scandinavia and northern Spain.

With demand growing and entries often selling out well in advance, Rally the Globe continues to set the benchmark for prestige, adventure and unforgettable experiences in the world of classic rallying.
