MayaBay Announces Strategic Global Expansion Across Key Luxury Destinations

MayaBay, the acclaimed Asian dining concept celebrated for its refined fusion of Thai and Japanese cuisine, has announced an ambitious phase of global expansion, with new openings planned across the United States, the United Kingdom and Greece over the next three years.

Already established in Monaco, Dubai and Porto Montenegro, the brand recently marked a significant milestone with the opening of MayaBay Courchevel 1850, located within the newly launched Maya Hotel Courchevel 1850.

Courchevel 1850

Situated in one of the most prestigious alpine resorts in the world, MayaBay Courchevel blends Asian culinary craftsmanship with an elevated mountain setting. The restaurant presents a menu inspired by Thailand and Japan, featuring refined sushi, signature Thai curries and contemporary creations prepared with premium ingredients.

The Courchevel address also reflects Maya Collection’s collaboration with Lalique, with the hotel incorporating signature crystal elements throughout the space.

Upcoming Openings

Building on this momentum, MayaBay will further expand into several high profile international markets.

West Palm Beach, Florida, 2026

The brand’s first United States location will open within the new BIBA development. The venue will feature an outdoor restaurant, bar, private event options and a dedicated delivery menu, bringing its Thai and Japanese inspired cuisine to South Florida’s dining scene.

London, 2027

MayaBay will debut in London within a new private members’ club in the heart of the city. The concept will introduce a tailored dining experience led by Group Executive Chef Christophe Dupuy. The wider Maya Collection will also present its Italian restaurant concept, Da Valentino, alongside a cocktail bar.

Mykonos, 2027

Set against the Aegean backdrop, MayaBay Mykonos will open within a luxury resort, incorporating a restaurant, bar, cellar and beach club. The concept aims to integrate dining, lifestyle and seasonal experiences throughout the summer months.

Richard Maria, CEO of Maya Collection, commented:

“The opening of MayaBay Courchevel 1850 represents a significant milestone and signals our continued international momentum. As we look towards West Palm Beach, London and Mykonos, we remain committed to our culinary identity, creativity and uncompromising standards.”
