This playful yet sophisticated dessert is a tribute to the classic strawberries and cream so closely associated with the tournament. Presented as a white chocolate shell shaped like a tennis ball, it opens to reveal milk foam, freshly chopped strawberries, crunchy shortbread, vanilla ice cream, and a vibrant strawberry sauce.

Adding to the excitement, a limited-edition pink version pays homage to The Ivy’s partnership with Whispering Angel Rosé. Guests lucky enough to be served this pink dessert will have the chance to win an exclusive viewing party for the Wimbledon Men’s Final in one of The Ivy’s elegant Private Dining Rooms. The prize includes lunch and free-flowing Whispering Angel Rosé for up to ten friends.
