Salon Prive Marks 20 Years of Automotive Excellence at Blenheim Palace
As it celebrates its twentieth edition, Salon Prive remains one of the most respected and elegant events in the global automotive calendar. From 27 to 31 August 2025, the event returns to the majestic grounds of Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, bringing together a curated showcase of engineering, design, heritage and luxury.
More than a static display, Salon Prive has become a multidisciplinary gathering of classic car collectors, supercar manufacturers, and lifestyle connoisseurs. With longstanding partners including Boodles, Gatineau, Pommery Champagne and Qatar Executive, the event offers a refined environment where automotive passion meets British sophistication.
A week dedicated to legacy, craftsmanship and performance.
The programme opens on Wednesday 27 August with the Salon Prive Concours d’Elegance, presented by Aviva Private Clients. It remains the only professionally judged concours in the United Kingdom, featuring pre war icons, post war classics, and modern rarities, some of which are being seen in the country for the very first time.
Later that evening, attention shifts to London Oxford Airport, where the MotorAvia Party hosts guests for an immersive evening featuring luxury aviation displays, gourmet cuisine and curated entertainment in partnership with Bell helicopters and aviation partners.
On Thursday 28 August, the Parade of Honour presents the concours winners in a procession through the palace grounds. Guests enjoy premium hospitality and live music as the event continues its celebration of automotive artistry.
Friday 29 August is dedicated to the celebrated Ladies’ Day by Boodles, a highlight of the British summer social season. Combining style, motorsport and elegance, this year’s edition includes a tribute to 20 years of the Bugatti Veyron as well as the arrival of participants in the Blenheim GT Tour. The Boodles Best Hat Award remains a signature element of the day.
On Saturday 30 August, the focus turns to private ownership and enthusiast communities with the Salon Prive Club Trophy, presented by Lockton. More than 1,500 vehicles are expected to take part, including rare supercars, collector favourites and modern hypercars, creating a dynamic and informal atmosphere for families and collectors alike.
Sunday 31 August introduces a new highlight, the Supercar Lifestyle Club Day, featuring top UK based supercar and lifestyle clubs. For the first time, the event will also host the Concours de Vente, where vehicles presented by professional restorers will be available for purchase. A panel of respected judges will select the best in show, bringing the week to a prestigious close.
The GT Tour: performance and elegance combined.
Running in parallel with the main event, the Salon Prive Celebration GT Tour offers an exclusive experience from 27 to 29 August. Organised in partnership with Five Zeros Supercars, the tour is open to modern supercars registered from 1986 onwards and limited to just 23 entries. The experience includes scenic drives through the Cotswolds, five star accommodations, Michelin starred dinners and a black tie gala dinner inside Blenheim Palace. Participants conclude the tour with VIP access to Ladies’ Day by Boodles.
Sustainability and innovation at the core.
This milestone year also marks a new era in Salon Prive’s mission. The event has officially been certified as a B Corporation, underscoring its commitment to sustainability, community responsibility and transparent governance within the luxury events sector — a rare achievement among automotive and lifestyle gatherings of this scale.
