The celebration begins with the iconic Truffle Arancini served for the table, followed by a range of exquisite starters. Options include dressed crab with avocado and radish, hand cut steak tartare with traditional garnishes, and a vibrant salad of heirloom tomatoes and watermelon with plant based cream cheese and pistachios. Each dish is presented with the attention to detail that guests have come to expect from The Ivy.

Among the main courses, the sirloin steak served with cowboy butter is the highlight. This fragrant blend of herbs and spices enhances the dry aged meat and captures the spirit of Western flavours in a sophisticated way.
