A Father’s Day Feast with a Wild West Twist at The Ivy

The celebration begins with the iconic Truffle Arancini served for the table, followed by a range of exquisite starters. Options include dressed crab with avocado and radish, hand cut steak tartare with traditional garnishes, and a vibrant salad of heirloom tomatoes and watermelon with plant based cream cheese and pistachios. Each dish is presented with the attention to detail that guests have come to expect from The Ivy.

Among the main courses, the sirloin steak served with cowboy butter is the highlight. This fragrant blend of herbs and spices enhances the dry aged meat and captures the spirit of Western flavours in a sophisticated way. Other favourites include the Ivy’s classic shepherd’s pie, a beautifully balanced aubergine salad with Korean inspiration, and much more.

For dessert, the signature Ivy chocolate bomb offers a dramatic and delicious finale as it reveals vanilla ice cream and honeycomb with a warm caramel sauce. Lighter options include the elegant crème brûlée and the raspberry and pistachio coupe, which provide a fresh and refined conclusion to the meal.

To accompany the occasion, The Ivy has created two bespoke drinks. The Western whisky smash is a smooth combination of whisky, apricot and fresh mint. For guests seeking an alcohol free alternative, the Giddy Up panache is a refreshing blend of lemon, mint, nettle and a non alcoholic lager.
